"Laura was the absolute best to work with and I am so grateful that I had her to take me through my first home buying process! She completely understood my budget and the type of property I was looking for and also helped me figure out what I would be able to afford within that range. She was extremely proactive about sending me listings that were tailored to what I wanted as a client and ultimately, that is how I ended up with the perfect condo that fit all of my requirements! As a first time home buyer, I cannot rave enough about how smooth the process was and how genuinely enjoyable Laura made it along the way."

  -Mary Gulino, Client

"Laura was extremely knowledgeable, patient and reliable throughout the process. She knew what needed to be done and communicated it effectively. Not only does she understand the local area at large, but she knew how our specific location in the neighborhood would effect the price we could get. No time was lost, but she didn't rush us. She struck the right balance between confidently knowing her craft and holding our hands when we needed it. We would recommend Laura to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and trustworthy person to help them sell their home."

  -Howard Ross, Client

"What should have been a stressful experience, buying a home for the first time, was a joy because we worked with Laura. Her knowledge, connections, and instinct left us feeling at peace throughout the process. She was always reaching out with opportunities, really listening to what we wanted. Her memory is stunningly sharp, and she was endlessly encouraging. We found the perfect place because of her."

  -Zach Hudson, Client

"Laura helped my wife and me to sell a one bedroom condo in South Boston. We found her through an internet search. Laura knew the South Boston market. She gave us great advise and help on marketing and presenting the property. She gave us a very good recommendation on an attorney. She was very prompt on returning calls and reaching out to us on developments. She was a great help in the selling process and did a very good job woking with us and the attorney in negotiating the P and S. Laura took responsibility for the whole process and used her initiative to solve problems before they became problems. Overall we had a very good experience with Laura and we would enthusiastically recomend her as a broker."
